This is OK for me this time - but the start time of 11.30 pm Hobart time
should not be used except for emergency purposes.  It puts on me the entire
burden of fitting into every other time zone - and while I have cooperated
with others (and accept an 11.00pm start), it is not reasonable to push this
out further.  Please note that with a 11.30 pm start, I do not finish until
1.30 AM.
