Hi Athena,
Congratualtions on your new position - it sounds v exciting!  When (if) I
get to Washington again, I'll hope to catch up with you.

Either meeting time is fine by me - I'm getting used to burning the midnight
oil!
However, I favour an early meeting .  It is apparent that isssues arising
from the Search Committee process are time critical and need to be addressed
as a matter of priority - if we are to achieve our deadline.
