Re: [nc-budget] NEXT STEPS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF DNSO VOLUNTARY FUND

Hi Elizabeth:

This is a good idea also. Usually banks in USA offers even credit cards with
no year fee and very low interest. In this event it should be a Corporative
Credit Card type. Also we have to decide who will be responsible for the use
of the credit card (the person designated by ICANN to perfom disbursment, the
Budget Commitee, the Secretariat...)

Also, this is usefull for paying travel expenses as hotel bills, and when DNSO
needs to hire any services while on meeting site. Also this save money because
it is not needed to pay for the wire transfers.

By the way...do we have the decision to tell ICANN in which bank we want our
banking account?

Cheers
Vany
