And for the year 2001???  But let me ask another question:  The amount to 
pay every year is calculated based in the budget proposed at the begining 
of the year or in the real expenses made at the end of the year?

Also, if anyone of you can send me the details of the expenses made 
(Secretariat, conectivity, travels, meetings, paper, etc, etc, etc) that 
corresponds to the year 2000 and to the year 2001, I would appreciate it a lot.

If the money that we get with  voluntary contribution is enough to cover 
the expenses made in one year, is it necesary that every constituency pays 
for such year?
What it is done with the excedent of one year?
