I am on travel all of those days, not returning until February 8th.
Moreover, I probably will not have verg good cell phone connectivity.

As I understood Philip's request, it was just a matter of presenting three
versions of what we proposed as a budget.  That could be done without a
meeting.

I do not think that our original budget recommendation should change.  As I
understand the concerns expressed in the NC meeting, it was more about
whether or not constituencies would really pay their dues, not whether the
budget was appropriate. So what should happen is the NC should get their act
together with regard to non-dues paying members.

As you are aware, the Names Council telecon is scheduled for next week on
the 8th, and Philip Sheppard has asked if the budget committee would be
prepared to revisit its recommendation on the 2001 budget during that time.
Therefore, would you please let me know ASAP your availability for a telecon
on Friday, Feb.2; Monday, Feb. 5;  Tuesday, Feb. 6 or Wednesday, Feb. 7.
