Dear Philip,

Thomas Keller's thinking is just in line with my comment on differentiation 
as it is described at this text. And you are exactly right in trying to 
separate the intrinsic difference. Then, in my view, the best way to 
clarify your intention is to remove add-value paragraph as Thomas requests.
