Close of nomination of candidates for election to the Chair 
of the General Assembly.

Since November 29th, 18:00 CET and December 3rd, 18:00 CET
  - three (3) nominees accepted their nomination for the Chair
    of the GA,
  - two (2) nominees declined sending an email to the
    ga-nominations@dnso.org list,
  - two (2) nominees did not answered before Dec 3rd, 21:30 CET
  - two (2) nominations arrived too late 

The nominations were supervised by the GA-WatchDog commitee.

   The list ga-nominations@dnso.org was closed on December 3rd,
   21:30 CET. Since then all e-mails sent to that list return to
   the sender with a Delivery Report "User unknown".
