I  see that "whois.co.uk" is owned by "Inca Research Inc" -- any idea who
they are? I see they offer to make a "best efforts" attempt to get the name
you want, and if they cant get it them you lose the not insignificant
administration fee ...

I certainly dont think this site should be taken as having any bearing on
when ".eu" will be made available.
