Yes it is going to get interesting soon with Congress getting to
weigh in more significantly with ICANN. It seems that many
in the Senate particularly are not very happy and are getting
more and more complaints (a number from our members
regularly) that the ICANN BoD and Staff are not accountable
The decisions in MDR regarding new TLD's and not considering
.KIDS right away was one of several poor decisions on the
ICANN BoD's part. As I along with YJ were early supporters
of a .KIDS TLD, I am hopeful that there will be one soon before
any other ICANN TLD's are created or allowed. If not, than
maybe the New.net .KIDS tld will suffice and gather more
