Looks like http://www.nic.cx/ is back

http://www.netdns.cx/ seems to now be the main registrar

some .cx sites on different dns servers to mine seem to be running ok.

The problem is looking more like one internal to the .cx people rather than
any nuking going on.

I will just have to see how it goes.
