Chris and all,

  I agree with your assessment of the past few posts on this thread
from Thomas are of a personal nature towards Leah, rather than
addressing the REAL issue.  However I can understand his frustration.

  Given that Leah and Atlantic Root was first or took over the registry
for .BIZ and therefore has prior claim.  Some folks that wish to
mitigate that FSFC principal are unduly and terribly frustrated.
Indeed that is unfortunate.  But precedence is precedence, and
an operational registry vs non operational "Assigned" one
recognizes that real and non real are at stake here...
