If you had been in Marina Del Rey and saw what I have seen, you wouldn't be
saying this. In brief, they had no clue! It was nothing more than the
controlled transfer of millions of dollars, into ICANN coffers. For which,
they put on a rather cheezy show. Point me at ONE process document that
outlines the addition of new TLDs, I dare you. They don't even have the
definition for a minimal TLD registry. In the middle of the show, Vint Cerf
himself said that, what they were doing was wrong and that they were
specifically NOT going to do it that way again.
