Correct, except that Joe Baptista copied it to the GA-list, from where I 
took it. See, I use a dedicated email account for the GA-list, and therefore 
have less probability to get it wrong.
I learned as GA-Chair to check before taking actions, thus avoiding to make 
a fool of myself.

Not yet.
If the fact of copying a private message to the GA is considered by Kristy 
as a thing to be sanctioned, as she implied in her messages, the consequence 
of this should be that she files a complaint to GA-abuse against the author 
of the fact ;>)
Then we can close the incident.
