What is accurate, that "Adolf Hitler used to be a nice young lad who did
errands for his mum, and went to church every Sunday"?
In that case, in the US you not only feel differently, but have a different
reading of history.

A couple extra posting is 40% more that allowed.
It's like driving 77MPH if the limit is 55MPH. Ever found a cop that did not
consider this relevant?
It's exact, only this rule was broken, and nowhere in the rules it is said
that you need more than one rule to be sanctioned. One broken rule is
sufficient. And since repeated offences get, still under the rules, higher
periods of suspension, the ruling is not only legitimate, but forced by the
circumstances. Lack of action from Alex' part would have been questionable
by the GA members.

I don't dislike at all Mr. Williams, and I am not troubled by Alex'
response.
I also seriously doubt that many people in the GA have been troubled by
Alexander's responses, in this like in other cases.

Completely irrelevant. To compare him to Hitler did not give any credit to
anybody else.
The truth is that you think that offending people that are either in ICANN
or close to it is not only not subject to censure, but even a "good thing",
while Alex' responsible way to handle complaints does the only acceptable
thing: separate the offense from the persons involved (both offender and
offended), and judge impartially.

Best regards
Roberto
