I am sorry to say that my interpretation is that a list monitor should not
participate in adjudicating a complaint where the list monitor is:

(a)    the complainant, or
(b)    the person being complained about.

In my view, it is not necessary for the list monitor to recuse themselves
merely because they were mentioned, even derogatorily, in the offending
email.

Unless, of course, the list monitor submitted a complaint themselves.

Please note there should be no discussion on [ga-abuse] by you or anyone
else.  I do not wish the list monitors, or indeed myself, to be engaged in
this type of private mail.
