Len is a well known character in the AU legal system, who has a
reputation in the courts for filing frivolous lawsuits, and widely
threatening anyone who challenges him on facts with lawsuits
themselves.
In AU he can get away with it, here in the US he'd be hit with
sanctions so fast his head would spin.
His lawsuit against ICANN during the Melbourne meeting was tossed out,
and he was effectively laughed out of the court by the judge, who
refused to even consider his requests.
If it wasn't ICANN, it would be some other cause which he could attach
himself to and play the same games.
