RE: [ga-abuse] personal attacks and threats with more personal attacks

Dear List Monitors,

For the history, about one year ago I had a long debate with Joop who
replied by offensive postings rather emotionally: I told him that he had to
choose, either to put everything in the hands of the List Monitor, or to
reply and "made justice by himself".
But in the latter case, he had to take responsibility for his actions and
face the possibility of being suspended in turn.

I see that Joop has, much to my satisfaction, consistently taking the first
option and asking for "justice" without emotional reaction. This attitude
relies obviously on the hypothesis that the List Monitors will judge the
case *promptly*. I clearly see that if a judgement does not come within a
couple of days from the fact, people like Joop may revert to option 2, and
that will make the list *really* unmanageable.

Just my 2 cents.

Regards
Roberto

PS: incidentally, I will be off mail in the next 4-5 days
