So, you and I have agreed not to suspend William for the mass postings or 
the personal insult(s) complained about from Joop.  The first based on the 
fact that none of the many posts broke any publicly posted rules.  And 
second, as I agree, we must react much more quickly to complaints for them 
to be handled fairly (sorry Joop and everyone else we missed).

I will M1 Bruce's complaint and add the M1 to the CTS.

Everyone who hasn't, will you please M2 your cases, ... :)
