I agree that Eric has broken the posting rules.

I'm not sure post monitoring would be helpful here.

Eric has been suspended before for two weeks, and
AFAIK the complaints about him from 26-May-01
are still not tackled:
"you bad ass intellectuals mess with our lives"
"Corliss lied about his intentions and is glorified"

I would propose a suspension for both complaints
(i.e. suspend him for four weeks).
