[ga-abuse] [PRIVATE] Caution about being Constructive

Hi Sandy

Thank you for your comments.

I'd agree with you that the essence of the General Assembly is to formulate
domain name policy for submission to the ICANN Board. Of course, discussion
is needed in order to formulate that policy. Often wide latitude is give
before a post is ruled "off topic". However, I am familiar with Jim's
interests and unorthodox style of posting.

Personally I am very tolerant but I will take this opportunity to caution
Jim officially that he should work with us co-operatively to develop policy.
Many important issues need to be debated and we cannot be distracted by
"brute force" postings.

So, Jim, can you use your undoubted expertise constructively, please?

Postings be relevant to the debate. They must also communicate a message
which EVERYBODY on the list can understand.

Sincerely
Patrick Corliss
