[ga-abuse] Going to Sleep

Hi Elisabeth

It's 7:00 am now and I've been up all night.
I've posted the Notice and am going to sleep.

Jeff's posting to [ga-tm] bounced (see below)
= just as he was calling for a motion.

G'night
Patrick

Eric, Patrick and all,

First let me say that I believe that this subject does belong on the ga-tm
ML. Patricks request seems to be less than appropriate to grant given
the subject matter involved.

Secondly, it is in our members opinion, and has been for some time now
the a DNO Bill of Rights is an excellent idea to balance TM interests with
those of DN holders that are not registered TM's and the current inane
UDRP practices of some note. The reasons for our position have been
articulated on a number of occasions on various ML forums and are well
known.
Rehashing these arguments is not likely to change anyone's position
presently.
Therefore it would seem that a motion to vote on this issue is in order.
Do I have a second?
