Hi Danny

AFAIK William has stated onlist that the only person who can set the limit
is the Chair.  Because you had not done that it was not effective.  I
believe he argued that whilst he was suspended as if the Chair wouldn't have
known.  I also imagine he could have appealed to the Chair and the decision
of the Chair would have convinced him he was wrong.

Sometimes I cannot even begin to understand the logic of some people.
Unless as you say he is just trying to test our resolve.   Perhaps he does
this by creating debating points.

If that's his strategy, it's a losing argument.
