Hi Kristy

I like your post - it's well done, thank you.  I'd change the word "several
complaints" to "many complaints" as this is really true (and not just from
me).  I'd also leave out the "concerns" part of the last sentence and even
the whole sentence.

I'm not sure what Harald suggested as proper procedure but I think the
author should sign the announcement on behalf of the List Monitor Committee.
The first sentence of the statement might need to start:

"The List Monitor Committee has determined that Eric  . . . "

Finally,  I am not sure what you are doing with the two paragraphs after you
"k".  I see that they are not part of the official announcement.

Perhaps they could be included in a private email?   Anybody else have any
comments?
