AFAIK, the mail address Nestor1995@aol.com (note: AOL)
is registered in the GA voting registry. A "Nestor Requeno,
Member @ Large, Los Angeles, California, USA" has been
providing online comments in Yokohama.
A Google search for Nestor Requeno turns up a number of 
pages using Nestor1995@aol.com:
  http://www.geocities.com/CollegePark/campus/6964/
  http://www.cyberg8t.com/hoffman/
Nestor Requeno appears to be or have been a student
  http://som.csudh.edu/dkarber/501f97p.htm

Maybe Nestor Requeno @AOL is real and @Yahoo is a
fake by Jeff Williams?

it is Jeff Williams who subscribed?
