Private threats such as these to the list Chair or co-chair should also be
covered by the list behaviour rules. 
Patrick is right to publish such mail, as it has direct bearing on his
functioning as Chair.

I lodge a formal complaint against Mr Walsh.
I have experienced elsewhere how disrupting his "concerted campaigns" can
be. (concerted means: Walsh and Dassa)
