Accusing me of a personal attack publicly on the list over something
that was so clearly not a violation of the list rules constitutes a
material breach of the rules in itself.

I won't hold my breath however in our now famously partial list
moderator making anything resembling a fair decision about these
matters.

If you fail to take action on this, Harald, you have absolutely no way
to claim any credibility or personal ethics in the way you have
handled this situation.
