[ga-abuse] abuse of your position

I'm hearing reports that you are emailing people who are interested in
and are discussing the IDNO issues on the GA list that they need to
refrain from discussing it.

If this is true, and I've asked to see copies of the messages with
headers, then this is a clear abuse of your position, and I'm prepared
to take this to the GA list.

In light of this abuse, the issue of your term having expired probably
needs to be addressed.
